1. Do you have any pets?
Yessir! Two gods named Holly (She's an Airedale) an Rocky (He's a schnoodle). I also have a parakeet named Phoenix, who makes a sound that is exactly the same pitch and tone as our phone.

2. Name three things that are physically close to you:
My cellphone, my beautifully organized PreCalc binder, and my heavenly tube of Carmex

3. What's the weather like right now?
Surprisingly nice for VA in the autumn. It's about...50-ish outside, which is lovely sweater weather :)

4. Do you drive?
Yep! I only have my permit, and driving terrifies me, but I also love my freedom!

5. What time did you wake up this morning?
6:00 AM for high school!

6. When was the last time you showered?
Last night. Mmm...hot showers...

7. What was the last movie you saw?
Lincoln!!!! Everyone should see this FANTASTIC movie

Japan! And Canada...but mostly Japan!!

Yes! So many regrets, and yet so few at the same time

Blue

Coke is better

The cold kind. And the non-mint flavored kind.

My lazy day jeans, lazy day shirt, and favorite sweatshirt, with my favorite only pair of converse

28. Do you wear makeup?
I only wear mascara because I have no time to put on anything else :D

29. What's your favorite food?
Home made chicken pesto pizza!

30. What's your favorite song at the moment?
My Always Favorite Song is "My Hear" by Paramore, but my "It Changes Every 2 Seconds" song is currently "Lover of the Light" by Mumford and Sons

Oh man...the things that have happened since I took an unplanned break from Polyvore. Where do I even begin? It's been nearly an entire year. I feel so much OLDER than the girl who made the 2 second band set before Christmas. God knows I've done and seen A LOT.
 
What have I done? Let me count the things...
 
- Assistant Stage Managed my first musical; How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying. That was an AMAZING experience, I learned a lot and got a lot of recognition and respect, something my prior-shy self really needed to feel comfortable in my group of friends that included every high school grade.
 
-For almost two months *drumroll* I had a boyfriend. CRAZY, RIGHT. Late March and the entirety of April were the best times ever. It was one of those feelings where everything's going RIGHT, you know? I had a boyfriend who, and I still think this, really is the best I could ever do in high school. He and I originally bonded over our love for Batman and superheroes in general. He was a total gentleman, hilarious, an AMAZING once-in-a-lifetime singer, and arguably the most attractive guy at my school. Long story short, he was my first boyfriend and literally, AS THE SHOW ENDED, he broke up with me.
 
And like the girl I am, months later I'm 90% over it. It was a really sucky situation, and I personally see it as a "Nothing I can do to make it better or worse" scenario, which is awful. He's in college now, while I'm in my first months as a junior. Hip hip hooray. I'd be lying if I said that I didn't miss him, but I'm trying to get him out of my head.
 
-Met John Green, my literary role model, and role model in general
 
-Went to WARPED TOUR, saw We Are The In Crowd, Mayday Parade, New Found Glory, Junior Doctor, All Time Low, and Sleeping With Sirens. I'm so ready for this year if the line up's good.
 
-Started taking creative writing and Study of Shakespeare classes, which has made my high school educational experience at least 60% happier than it was.
 

This is all I can think of for now. I've missed this place. Hopefully I'll stick around for a bit :)

Homecoming week...99% chance of no date for me...yay...but it's more fun with the single ladies anyways. My 2 closest friends ARE with people...BUT WHATEVER. I'm friends with their dates, so everything SHOULD be swell. Tomorrow for spirit week is "Color Day" and I have to wear orange. Like I own orange. Sheesh. If Charlavail ships out my sugar skull in time, I'll probably wear it to the dance. Hope it comes in time!

Drama and school and bass lessons and youth group and band practice are taking over my life. I kind of miss having no social life, but at the same time...it's nice to be noticed and somewhat liked. School is definitely reducing my brain to mush, so much though that practicing bass is a miracle, which in turn makes me testy at my bass lessons, and impatient as band practice.
